SUMMARY:11th Annual Scripps Student Symposium
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 11th annual Scripps Student Symposium (SSS)\, a one day conference entirely run by and dedicated to Scripps students and postdocs. \nLaunched in 2014\, the Scripps Student Symposium serves as a platform for Scripps Institution of Oceanography graduate students to present and discuss their research with colleagues from all curricular groups\, to foster interdisciplinary collaboration amongst the student population and to introduce new first-year students to the wide variety of research Scripps has to offer. \nA fun day of hearing our amazing student body talk about their research in poster sessions and presentations\, and a keynote address by Scripps alumni Paula Ezcurra\, MAS CSP ’17. Lunch\, snacks and coffee will be served throughout the day.\n\nPlease register in advance: https://sss.sioword.ucsd.edu/registration/\n\nThe Scripps Student Symposium Committee will also be hosting TG on Friday September 26th and we hope to see you there!

Stop at the stop sign right before the Aquarium. Turn right on Downwind Way. This road curves to the left so follow it to the end.Turn left onto La Jolla Shores Drive. Turn right onto El Paseo Grande. Turn right into the parking lot… this is Kennel Way. A parking attendant will be onsite to provide a parking permit. \nFrom Hwy 52 \nTake 52 West\, La Jolla Parkway. La Jolla Parkway continues down a hill into La Jolla and turn right onto La Jolla Shores Drive. Turn left onto El Paseo Grande. Turn right into the parking lot… this is Kennel Way.
