SUMMARY:San Diego AgTech Gathering - July 2026
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the monthly San Diego AgTech Gathering — a community meetup bringing together San Diego’s agriculture\, food\, and agtech communities. \nStart your morning with purpose and connection at the San Diego AgTech Gathering. Whether you’re a grower\, technologist\, entrepreneur\, researcher\, or industry champion\, this is your space to gather\, connect\, and get into good conversations. \nToo often\, technology and agriculture operate in parallel instead of together. This gathering explores what it looks like when founders and farmers actually work side by side — featuring a focused conversation alongside open networking time. \nThis month’s event is hosted by Plantible Foods and presented by event partners Escondido AgX Regional Innovation Hub and Rising Tide Partners. \nPlantible Foods grows aquatic plants at scale to produce clean\, functional protein — their facility in San Marcos is one of the most innovative food tech operations in the region. \nYou will get the opportunity to tour of the facility and and learn how Plantible Foods is bringing together tech\, food science\, and farming right here in San Diego. \nPlease reach out directly by email for a ticket fee waiver.
