Bio Waves Inc. has several desks with computers available in a nice air-conditioned office in Encinitas (near D St & Second St).

• 4-6 desks available in 900 ft2 open office space

• 2 blocks from the beach! 3 blocks to downtown Encinitas

Desks/office share comes with the following:

• PC computer & Monitor (Windows 7 or higher)
• High-speed wireless internet
• Color copier
• APS power/backup system
• Lock-able cabinet/drawer space
• Internal meeting room (sign-up required)
• Shared kitchen (fridge, toaster and micro-Wave)
• Drinking water & coffee machine (coffee not included)
• Easy walk to coffee shops, ice-cream, restaurants and lunch spots
• Beach parks and tennis courts only 2 blocks away for breaks!
• Ample Parking spaces (first come first serve)

Currently the office accommodates 2-4 (most often 1-2) employees working on technical / data-analysis work in a very quiet work setting (employees usually have headsets on to focus on their work).  Desk space will be available during regular business hours not including weekends. Some exceptions may be made with advanced notice.

Bio Waves Inc prefers clients who do not spend much time on the phone and do not require clients visiting frequently (e.g. no salespersons or realtors)

Bio Waves Inc will require 2-3 references and will conduct background checks if you are not part of an established company already
