Ad-Juster is a market-leading SaaS provider of unified data reporting and analytics for digital advertising. The company has over 150 blue-chip publishers, agencies, ad-tech platforms, and ad networks using our digital advertising measurement product line to optimize media performance.
We are seeking an organized and process oriented Sales Operations Specialist. This position is integral in our sales process management and will report directly to the CEO.
Perform Salesforce administrative tasks for Sales and Account Management teams.
Process incoming contracts and forward to appropriate personnel
Support operational aspects of opportunity lifecycle and quote to order process
Customization of Salesforce objects and fields, page layouts, reports and dashboards, profiles and sharing rules, and workflows.
Manage sales process related data in Salesforce.com
Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures
maintain dashboards and customized revenue and activity reports.
System Administrator for Salesforce, Axosoft, Marketo, DocuSign, and ClearSlide.
Participate planning for bi weekly sales meetings.
Send out monthly executive report detailing issues, inefficiencies, and statistics on performance for the closing month
Maintain all process documentation.
Train stakeholders in one on one, group, or ad hoc training sessions and documentation
Bachelors degree in a business-related function
Proven Salesforce.com power user with experience creating reports & dashboards,
optimizing processes, training new hires
Exceptional analytical skills you are a number cruncher and you thrive on diving into data
2-3 years’ experience with project and/or program management concepts and practices
Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all
levels; including strong presentation skills
Self-motivated to achieve objectives.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work cross functionally with other departments within the company
High level of computer literacy, having used MS office, Google suite, ticketing systems ,
Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of other tech stack tools such as
