The U.S.-Mexico Semiconductor Collaboration Forum: San Diego will convene senior government officials from the United States and Mexico, alongside leading industry executives, investors, and academic institutions, to advance a coordinated, binational agenda for semiconductor ecosystem development. Discussions will focus on translating policy into action by strengthening and deepening cooperation between U.S. and Mexican semiconductor ecosystems, advancing investment, infrastructure, talent development, and R&D collaboration.
As demand for semiconductors accelerates globally, this high-level forum will spotlight the critical role of both countries in shaping a competitive and secure North American semiconductor corridor. Building on the momentum of previous forums hosted by the U.S. Embassy Mexico City in Phoenix, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, and others, this convening will advance shared economic and national security priorities by highlighting strategic opportunities for cross-border collaboration, regional innovation, and workforce development.
Participants will engage in substantive dialogue, hear case studies, and explore new investment and export pathways that reinforce the strategic alignment between U.S. and Mexican industrial priorities. With a focus on investment, infrastructure, and workforce readiness, the forum will emphasize how a strengthened bilateral relationship can help both countries meet growing global demand and secure their positions in the evolving digital economy.
