There’s never been a more electric time to gather around the future of women’s health. Momentum is building from every direction—policy shifts, surging public and private investment, and a growing chorus of leaders demanding more: more research, more access, more solutions for women everywhere.
Join us on May 29th, as La Jolla Institute for Immunology’s Center for Sex-based Differences in the Immune System convenes a high-caliber, business-forward summit to harness this energy. This is a purposeful gathering of biotech pioneers, venture capital leaders, policymakers, scientists, and stakeholders shaping the future of women’s health from every angle.
Following brief introductions, the program will commence with a foundational overview of the women’s health research landscape, presented by Women’s Health Access Matters, referred to as WHAM. Widely and often recognized in national press, WHAM has reshaped the conversation around how women’s health is studied, funded, and prioritized.
A discussion of the most recent “WHAM Report” will set the stage for a broader panel conversation, which will examine the full continuum of the women’s health ecosystem and the evolving intersections of scientific research, strategic investment, and innovation. This convening aims to foster thoughtful, cross-sector dialogue and to underscore the essential contributions of each stakeholder in advancing improved outcomes for women’s health.
