Over the past eight years, the Southern California Energy Innovation Network (SCEIN), a California Energy Commission-funded initiative of Cleantech San Diego, has created a productive forum for supporting more than 75 energy innovators across Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties to help accelerate their technology development.
