Description
Fuckup Night is a private PEF gathering for post-exit founders to share stories about things that went wrong, failed companies, bad hires, blown deals, missed bets, and what they took away from it.
A small group of members will each share a short, honest story following the Fuckup Nights format: real failure, personal experience, and lessons learned. No pitches, no panels, no posturing.
The goal is a low-ego, high-signal room where people can speak openly about what didn’t work, with others who have been through it.
What to expect
• 3–4 founder stories (short, structured)
• Intimate group of post-exit founders
• Open conversation after each story
• No recording, no sharing outside the room
Who this is for
• Post-exit founders in the PEF community
• People who value honesty over optics
• Those interested in learning from others’ mistakes, not just their wins
House rules
• What’s shared in the room stays in the room
• No pitching or self-promotion
• Be candid, respectful, and present
