Meet the Primes is an exciting opportunity-rich event that helps businesses form relationships, obtain valuable resources, and learn about regional teaming, partnership, and contract opportunities from San Diego International Airport departments, prime contractors and concessionaires, public agencies, banks, business and financial support services, and regional partners participating as exhibitors.

First introduced in 2015, this industry-wide event has been part of San Diego International Airport’s initiative to increase and maximize small, local, veteran, and underrepresented business participation and has grown over the years. Over 300 one-on-one business matchmaking meetings take place between businesses and exhibitors.

Parking: Parking is free at Balboa Park. To view parking lots and event location please click here to view the Balboa Park Map. Locate the “P” symbols on the map to see parking lots nearby Balboa Park Club. We recommend parking in the Pan American Plaza Lot (in front of Comic-Con Museum/Air & Space Museum) or Spreckels Organ Pavilion Lot (behind Spreckels Organ) which are the two closest parking lots to Balboa Park Club.

Complimentary Food & Water: Savor mouth-watering food catered by local San Diego small businesses (SB) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Wetstone Wine Bar (ACDBE & SB) and Gourmet Island Bistro (SB), along with water bottles provided by San Diego International Airport, while supplies last.

Restrooms: Women’s and men’s restrooms are in the lobby area.
