What: The SDSU Chinyeh Hostler Social Venture: H2O Impact Challenge is a pitch competition held annually at SDSU. For the first time ever, multiple schools in the Southern California region will be competing for a total of $40k in cash prizes. Ten teams across five universities will pitch their innovative solutions with lasting impacts on water in the Southern California region.

During the final event on March 15, teams will be competing for over $40,000 in cash prizes.
Chinyeh Hostler Grand Prize: $15,000
Second Place: $7,500
Third Place: $5,000
Greatest Social Impact: $3,000
Audience Vote: $2,500
Best Presentation: $2,000
Most Innovative Solution: $2,000
