SUMMARY:San Diego Bright Business Club: Monthly Founders and Experts Collaborative Meeting
DESCRIPTION:San Diego Bright Business Club: The Founder’s Monthly Mastermind \nThe San Diego Bright Business Club is a curated in-person community where founders and industry experts come together to solve real business problems\, share proven frameworks\, and accelerate growth\, scale\, and successful exits. 🚀 \nWe don’t just network; we operate. Every meeting is designed to provide you with a high-level “Operating System” for your business\, ensuring you have the strategy\, systems\, and leadership required to build a company that can thrive with or without you. \nThe Meeting Structure: Connection\, Learning\, & Visibility \nEach monthly meeting follows a clear three-part structure designed to maximize connection\, learning\, and visibility for every attendee: \n1. Connection & Club Orientation \nWe start with intentional\, light-structure networking. No long\, boring individual introductions. \n• Guided Networking: Short\, focused conversations designed to help you quickly discover who’s in the room and how you can help each other. \n• Bright Business Overview: A brief introduction to our mission\, values\, and how the Bright Business Operating System (BBOS) supports your journey from founder to CEO. \n  \n2. Topic of the Month – The Bright Business Operating System \nEvery month\, we dive into one core pillar of the Bright Business Operating System. Our curriculum rotates through 12 essential business disciplines\, including: \n• Strategy & Purpose: Defining your “Why” and your “Future State.” \n• Marketing & Sales: Mastering the Pain-Solution Matrix and Communication Strategy. \n• Operations & Systems: Optimizing Production Flow\, Delegation\, and Value Creation. \n• Finance & Scale: Financial Forecasting\, KPIs\, and Exit Strategies. \nFormat: A 30-minute interactive session led by a member expert\, guest speaker\, or the host. This is a high-engagement framework—not a lecture—providing practical tools you can apply immediately. \n  \n  \nSpeaker & Leadership Opportunities \nWe believe in elevating our members. \n• Members: Encouraged to apply as guest speakers to share expertise. \n• Experts: Non-members with relevant expertise are welcome to apply for educational\, non-sales sessions. \n• Apply to Speak: https://gobrightbusiness.com/guest-speaker-guide/ \nWho This Meeting Is For \n• Business Owners & Founders looking for a scalable “Operating System.” \n• Consultants & Experts wanting to share their brilliance and find high-level collaborators. \n• Creators & Builders with serious intentions to grow and eventually exit. \n  \n  \n3. The 5×5 Pitch Session – 5 Slides in 5 Minutes \nIn the final segment\, we open the floor to Founders’ Voices and Rising Experts. \nEach presenter has 5 minutes and 5 slides to introduce their business\, project\, or offer to the room. Both members and non‑members are welcome to apply to pitch. \nApply here: https://gobrightbusiness.com/555-pitch-guide/ \nThe 5 Slides: \n1. Introduction – Who Are You? (1 minute) \n• Who you are and your story in one concise minute \n• The “why” behind what you do \n2. The Pain – What Problem Do You Solve? \n• What is the specific pain or problem you focus on? \n• Who is suffering from this pain (your core demographic/ideal client)? \n• What is the root cause of the pain you’re addressing? \n3. The Solution – Your Value Proposition & USP \n• How do you solve that pain? \n• What is your value proposition (the core result you deliver)? \n• What makes you different? Your unique selling proposition (USP). \n4. Case Study – Proof & Results \n• A short story or example of a real client result \n• Before/after outcome to make your impact tangible \n5. Call to Action – What Do You Want? \n• What are you looking for from this room right now? \n• Referrals? \n• Collaborations or partners? \n• Intros to a specific type of client? \n• Feedback\, beta users\, or test clients? \n• Make it easy for participants to know how they can help you. \nWho Can Pitch: \n• Bright Business members \n• Non‑members and visitors (subject to organizer approval) \nTo apply for a 555 pitch slot\, please contact the organizer. \nSlots are limited and typically assigned ahead of time. \nWho This Meeting Is For \n• Business owners\, founders\, and solopreneurs \n• Consultants\, coaches\, and experts \n• Professionals in transition or career growth \n• Creators and builders with serious intentions to grow \nYou’ll leave with: \n• New\, meaningful connections \n• A practical insight or tool from the Topic of the Month \n• Visibility for your business (if you pitch or speak) \n• Clear next steps and potential collaborations

SUMMARY:AI and the Future of Work
DESCRIPTION:The future of work is being built in two places at once. \nInside the Enterprise\, AI is reshaping how teams operate\, what gets automated\, and where human judgment still matters most. Outside of it\, a new generation of founders is building AI-native companies that look nothing like the software era that preceded them. \nBoth groups are answering the same underlying question\, what does work look like when intelligence is abundant? \nThis event brings them in the same room\, with networking across both domains & breakouts to learn from peers. \nAgenda Below: \n\n12:00 – 12:15pm: Arrivals & Networking\n12:15 – 1:00pm: Keynote Panel\n\nAndy Palmer (Director Solutions Architects\, AWS)\nJustin Leytem (Director Data Science\, Intuit)\nTyler Norrish ( Director Sales\, Glean)\nJason Dods (Director • Info Mgmt and Tech\, Highspring)\n\n\n1:00 – 1:30pm: Intermission & Networking\n1:30 – 2:15pm: Breakouts\n\nBuilder Session with Matt Wolfe: (~1M subscribers on YouTube) for founders and builders shipping AI-native products. A working session on what’s possible right now and where the wedges are.\nExecutive Roundtable: A closed-door peer discussion led by Glean and Highspring’s Jake Shepherd\, Sr. Managing Partner. For senior leaders navigating AI strategy\, transformation\, and the org questions that come with it. Candid conversation with operators deploying AI at scale inside the Enterprise. Where it’s creating real leverage\, where it’s still theater\, and what the next 18 months could look like.\n\n\n2:15 – 3:00pm: Open networking to close\n\nAs always\, food and drink\, engaging conversation\, and incredible company will all be provided! \nSee you there!

Free feel to show up at any time and stay as long as you want. Hope to see you there! \nPython Community Code of Conduct (https://www.python.org/psf/codeofconduct/): Python is much more than a software language. Python is a vibrant community made up of members from around the globe with a diverse set of skills\, personalities\, and experiences. It is through these differences that our community experiences great successes and continued growth. Overall\, we’re good to each other. We contribute to this community not because we have to\, but because we want to.
